The location was excellent as it was right off two different motorways. Having a Burger King in the driveway and Dennys across the road was awesome for food options. Staff were friendly and the check in and check out were easy, hassle free and quick. Loved that there was no bond hold on a credit card for the durations of our stay. Free parking was excellent. Lighting of the common areas and car park were really bright so we always felt safe no matter what time of the night it was. Vending and ice machines and laundry off the reception area were clean and tidy and in a safe spot. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable even though they were a little on the firm side.

Quiet room away from traffic. The location was not ideal but worth the extra distance. Problem with a leaking fridge taken care of quickly. Everything worked well: great pressure, hot water, fridge, microwave, towels etc, except the sink drained very slowly; notified office and didn't worry about dealing with this during the stay.

The parking was close to the room which made it easy to get wife and Adult son into the room after long time on road! We were pooped and grateful to have only a short distance to transfer suitcases from car to room!

The room was exactly what I needed - a bed and bathroom (plus good wifi) at a great price :) I was also able to order Uber Eats directly to my room. The bed, bathroom, and whole place was clean. The shower offered hot water.

it was super clean and convenient. The room doesn’t have microwave, refrigerator or hairdryer but I didn’t need any of those. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place that it convenient and clean and not fancy.

The receptionist was outstanding...she was kind, funny and helpful. Even gave us the name of her favorite Chinese food place! The room was surprisingly spacious and very clean. Will most definitely stay here again!
